Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit WAMP 2.5 Apache 2.4.9 MySQL 5.6.17 PHP 5.5.12 So I was finally able to get WAMP to work with localhost by changing the port # to 88 instead of 80, no problems there. Now when I try to get to localhost:88/phpmyadmin/ I get the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in C:\wamp\apps\phpmyadmin4.1.14\libraries\php-gettext\
