WampServer

I have a script/function that creates and outputs a thumbnailed version of existing images. It works on servers but I cannot get it to work on my wamp server. I have checked and rechecked to make sure I have gd2 enabled. I don't want to go about posting the code here right now if it's not necessary, which I assume it is not because the code works on online servers. Is there any solution to thi
