WampServer

I have no trouble running with or out a connection, I use both 127.0.01 and 192.168.1.3 , three is an address on my network where wampserver is. Using [192.168.1.3] is fine as the wampserver will give its index.php. Runs great.

I'm putting this download on a blank vista computer. I have been using wampserver for years and it works fine on four other computers. windows 7 and vista. all 32 bit.

English and French are mixed together, language links seem to mixed up. I used to different computers and both have the same language issues. This issue on top of the 32 bit issue.

I can't get wamp 32 bit server to download , I tried many many times it will not download 32 bit and 64 bit does download. I get 64 bit dll's when trying to run.
