Stlil getting 403 error. Wamp is green and localhost works fine. I pasted in the code above which was $link = mysql_connect('localhost','root',''); plus some additional code per advise in another post. After putting in the new code it's still getting the 403 error. I copied the new code into the phpmyadmin.conf in notepad and saved it, plus rebooted my computer, and I'm still

Hello. I pasted the new code into the file at c:\alias\phpmyadmin.conf but whenI try to open phpmyadmin by clicking on the green wamp icon I still get the 4-3 Forbidden error.

Thank you for helping. I checked and it's in the www folder and has the extension .php. I had checked to show all file extensions. I'm new to wampserver. The wamp icon is green. I click it, then click local host. Then I put the file name after local host so it looks like localhost/ch2assignment.php. Then I get the message url not found. Puzzling.
