phpadmin 403 error despite pasting in new code

Hello.
I pasted the new code into the file at c:\alias\phpmyadmin.conf but whenI try to open phpmyadmin by clicking on the green wamp icon I still get the 4-3 Forbidden error.

WAMPServer should be installed into a folder, something like c:\wamp....
What new code did you paste into c:\alias\phpmyadmin.conf ?????
