We connected and sorted out the issue; turns out that Apache wasn't installed due to me not having the Microsoft C++ 2012 redis installed because I'm stupid, haha. Thanks a bunch, Steven! I really appreciate it!!

Ah, sorry I didn't see this sooner! What I installed was the 64 Bit version with PHP 5.3 as seen on the main page. Never had a problem with the downloads provided on the front page, so. I'd like to teamview, if you're still interested. Just let me know when is good for you; hopefully I'll see it in time.
