I have the similar problem but in my case my motherboard is broken. I still have all the files on my hard drive. I haven't taken any backup in extensions .tr.zip or anything. Now I have a totally new computer where I installed a new copy of wamp server. I tried to copy and paste the folders from old wamp folder to the new one. I don't know the further process.
