WampServer

I am a developer. And i use WAMP as a test suite for my applications. A while ago i installed PHP, MySQL and Apache manually. And it was ALWAYS problems. No mather how many times i have done it...ALWAYS some problems. Often forgot some config stuff or soemthing else. So i testad XAMPP. I got it to work sometimes and when i installed it again it didn´t work. So no change...XAMPP is in my opinion

Hi! What a great app. Tried XAMPP before wich turned out to be a total crap app. Anyway. WAMP uses Aliases...the problem for me that some applications are required that $_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"] return a path i have set. So i used to go with Virual Hosts because then each app can have different document roots. But how can i do this in WAMP? Again...what a great app...worked IMMEDIAT
