WampServer

Hi everyone Yesterday I installed WAMP and Joomla to work locally on my PC (Windows Vista). I got everything to load, it was so much fun. I was learning CMS'ing like a villain! Now today, I can get WAMP to load (the system tray icon is white), and I can access localhost:8080 (i switched from port 80 to 8080) however, when I try to access PhPMyAdmin, the screen loads blank.
