Everything was working yesterday! (PhPMyAdmin problem)

Hi everyone
Yesterday I installed WAMP and Joomla to work locally on my PC (Windows Vista).
I got everything to load, it was so much fun. I was learning CMS'ing like a villain!
Now today, I can get WAMP to load (the system tray icon is white),
and I can access localhost:8080 (i switched from port 80 to 8080)
however, when I try to access PhPMyAdmin, the screen loads blank.
There is no source code.
Also, when I try to access joomla, it loads blank, as well as the source code.
I haven't modified anything since I shut down my computer when everything working.
My only guess is an interference with IIS7. But I routed Apache to port 8080, and
localhost:8080 loads correctly right now, so I'm stumped!
Does anyone have any ideas?
