I am working on a new wp site and am using wamp server to run it locally. I wanted to make a new database for the new site, however, the create new database option has a no privilages note under it, making creating a new database impossible. I already have 2 existing databases installed on the server, one of them called wordpress, that I created for my first project. As I am working on new sites

I have installed WAMP server to use wordpress locally on my machine. I got to the point when I am supposed to click on the localhost link in the wamp server menu. When I do that the browser opens and I get a message: "You are not authorized to view this page". Below is the whole message. I am sure there is a simple fix for that, I just cannot find it.
