If I could log into phpMyAdmin again I would do that. However, after I went in and created username@123.456.78.90 I cannot log in at all. Is there a way thru MySQL Console to create a new user? I seem to remember years ago, before I installed WAMP, that the plain MySQL install had such a function. Thank

My problem is slightly different. After 4 years my WAMP 1.5 install became corrupted. So I did an upgrade to WAMP 2.0. All appeared to have gone well, I could access PHPMyadmin, and see my databases. However, my website was throwing errors at every link back to the MySQL database: access denied to "username@ABC123", where ABC123 is the actual name of the server box at my ISP. Befor

After 4 years my Apache 1.3.33 (Win32) has become corrupted. I do not know how. It was installed as part of WAMP 1.4.3. It will not "Start" as a service, so I cannot access even MySQL. What is the correct procedure to re-install Apache without breaking anything else? I have all the passwords and other settings. Thank you.

I have the exact problem with "Could not execute menu item (internal error) Could not perform service action:" It appears to be related to the wampapache service not being "Started" but only being "Starting". I cannot Stop the service to Restart it. It seems locked up on something. I have used WAMP with Apache/PHP/MySQL for 4 years and this is the 1st time it

For 4 years I have run Apache 1.3.33 (Win32) and PHP/5.0.3 on a dedicated server that has not changed any installed software in that period except for AVG, which has been fine for 2 years, and a few Windows Server 2003 Updates. My website and my blog (Wordpress 2.9.1) run under MySQL databases. Last week the index page of the website threw an error: "access to localhost xxxx denied".
