Hey, I want to uise PHP to create PDF files and I know I need the php pdf extension but when I go to enable it, it is not in the list of extensions in the PHP Wamp extensions menu? How do I add it and set it up properly?

Managed to get wamp to use the files and can backup my databases as exports so they can be imported onto a different system. How can I use the following script with wamp to auto backup all my sql databases. I know how to change all the config options for it but don;t know how to run it on a wamp installation. I'm not bothered about having it run automatically every day or whatever as running manu

Hello, I am having a bit of trouble with wamp. My version of wamp works but not the databases. I have the bin folder from a previous backup of the entire wamp folder and want to know how i can open the databases so i can export them all ready for importing on a different computer. Just some more info on this. I made a quick page with a two tab control thing on one webpage and had it within the wamp ww folder and ran it as localhost/test.php and it works in all browsers apart from safari. I then uploaded the same page and the associate javascript files to my webhost and tried in all the browsers again but this time all browsers including safari display the page fine w

Hello, For some reason the script found at the following address: works fine when run in Opera, IE or Firefox on WAMP Server but fails when opened in Safari on Windows. How do I do that as i find kaspoersky IS firewall config settings to be really confusing. I have noticed that if i disbale the kaspersky firewall then the error i get is still http 403 but it says "The website declined to show this webpage"

When trying to access wamp using the ip on the other pc the error is an http 403

I'm not trying to access it from outside my network. I wnat to access it from INSIDE the network but from another pc and I used to be able to do it by 1. putting the wamp server online and 2. entering the local ip ie: 192.168.1.50 into the other pc's browser. So why won't it work now regards, Neil

Right, that applied ok so I saved all router settings, restarted it for settings to be applied properly and tested putting the ip address in the browser but it still won;t show the wamp main page as it should do.

I put in exactly as you said so: HTTP TCP 80 80 192.168.1.50 - this is my address 100% positive and the router being used is a D-Link DSLG604T

huh? I just want to be able to access localhost on my pc from anotherone by setting the server to be online and then using my local ip. I just need guidance to what to do with this error! I'm using yfastud's assistance and just waiting to see what he suggests next,

I ahve found a topic on this subject here: whcih sort of explains that the problem is to do with the server and not the code but I don;t really understand what I ahve to change within wamp to get it to work?

Thanks, I shall try that out in a bit. Will it still work online though? I want the same code to work online and on my local server but i didn't really want to change any of the original PHP Mailer code whcih was the second lot of code I posted. I was epxecting to change a setting in wamp instead. Also, can you just highlight all the parts of the code you changed. Regards, Neil

Right, I ahve managed to get it going without the DNS but i cannot sign in to messenger due to a dns issue so need to sort that out but the main problem was I had kaspersky Internet Security firewall enabled whcih was blocking it. How can I add a rule to allow it, as kaspersky has tons of firewall options. I go to "Rules for packet filtering" and then it asks me the scheck wther it is:

It says "In your router administration program, find and remember this information: Router (Gateway) IP address Subnet Mask IP addresses of your DNS servers " Where do I get the ip addresses of the DNS servers as none are listed int he routers config?
