mmm, no, l am pretty sure that is correct, but, do you remember how you fixed it steven when it got the white screens and all that on my pc? well ... it's doing that shit again... l am pretty sure we downloaded all the newest versions of php, mysql and apache, same thing again? Also, when l put new versions on can l delete or uninstall the older version, l can right???

dont mean to double post but, l have done a little reading and found out a bit about this, it basically means l set a limit of 10 queries an hour, it has now been about 4 hours, it is still locking me out for some reason, secondly as my database is not open to the general public l thought l would never do that in an hour, something is using more queries then it should be....
