l get this error when l open PHPmyadmin, any ideas why?
#1226 - User 'root' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 10)
l am new to this so it kind of means nothing to me...

dont mean to double post but, l have done a little reading and found out a bit about this, it basically means l set a limit of 10 queries an hour, it has now been about 4 hours, it is still locking me out for some reason, secondly as my database is not open to the general public l thought l would never do that in an hour, something is using more queries then it should be....
