No main page visible in myPhpAdmin

Hello, I'm kinda new to the whole thing, was going to run through some tutorials about PHP and mySQL, though I can't really get to run myPhpAdmin. As I saw the screens from main page it has this panel on the left and a main page, all I get when running it is this panel on left with few icons and a list of db's: information_schema, mysql, performance_schema and test. When I click on the home icon it just refreshes. Could anyone help me get this running? Thanks!

It sounds to me like it is running ok.
Work through your tutorials they should give you an idea what you do with phpMyAdmin.
