WampServer Start failure

I am using WampServer on windows. My browser is Firefox. I have successfully installed WampServer once and uninstalled it. And the systems says some .dll files were missing. And now I have cleaned up my OS and reinstalled WS, but Firefox says that I can not connect to LocalHost(I am running local). What can I do?

Then the apache serviec has not started.

Look in the apache error log for some clues, or Windows event viewer
