Server Configuration showing instead of local host

Hi,
I have Wampserver 2.2 installed. When I click the logo and click Localhost it shows the website I need. When I access the port (8080) from outside it goes to the Wampserver Configuration page instead of the localhost page.
I am very new to this, any help is appreciated. I have searched the web for a couple of hours and cant find anything.

What have you changed from the out of the box wamp installation.
