downloaded wamp 64 bit Apache 2.2.22 – Mysql 5.5.24 – PHP 5.3.13 XDebug 2.1.2 XDC 1.5 PhpMyadmin 3.4.10.1 SQLBuddy 1.3.3 webGrind 1.0
When I try to open local host or type 127.0.0.1 I get blank screen HTTP 404
tray icon is orange and I can't put online.

If tray icon is orange then either Apache or MySQL has not started.
Its normally Apache, and normally because some other app has grabbed port 80.
run
wampmanager -> Apache -> Service -> Test port 80
this should tell you what has grabbed the port
