wampserver not working: HTTP 403

I have installed wampserver2.2e-php5.3.13-httpd2.2.22-mysql5.5.24-x64.
My pc has a Windows 7 64bit OS
Wampserver starts well (turns green) but when I click on
Localhost or phpMyAdmin or write "localhost" on the address bar, I get a
"The website declined to show this webpage HTTP 403 Forbidden".
I am using my pc as administrator, and I get the same result on IE and Firefox too.
I have tried to unistall and reinstall wampserver, unsuccesfully.
I need wampserver to install Wordpress.
Can anyone please help me?

Check your hosts file has a line like this
127.0.0.1 localhost
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
