BIG PROBLEM error 1142

I have a local installion of WAMP
I have just tried to change privilig i PHPMyAdmin but did a big misstake.
I took away all privilege for "root" and didn´have them for my new user.
Now I got the message error 1142
What can I do??

Either uninstall wamp and make sure you delete the whole wamp folder structure and then reinstall.
( Make sure you save anything you have added to the www folder !!!! )
OR
Install it on another machine and then copy the wamp/bin/mysql/mysql5.x.y/data/mysql folder from that onto your original install.
