icon colors wha they mean?

I could not find any descriptions about colors of the indicator icon in the menu bar where can i find the colors meaning?

Green = Apache and MySQL Service started
Orange = One of the services has not started ! This is a problme indicator
Red = Apache and MySQL Services NOT RUNNING

maybe i got some problem yestarday was orange but i could use everything but now when i run mysql got error about access from the prompt console crash the conf.ini its already set with user and pass here is the log file please help me a second!

so when the icon its white its like when is green or not?
