Hi,
I installed wamp server 2.2. I able to access my site url local machine. I already change the server online. But I try to access my site url to another machine that time the following Error display Forbidden You don't have permission to access

Which version exactly did you install.

I had the same problem and found that i had skype installed using the same port. After uninstalling Skype it worked fine

You dont have to uninstall SKYPE.
Tools -> options -> Advanced -> Connection
Uncheck the checkbox 'Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incomming connections'
