myphpadmin access denied - the server is not responding

Hello.
I just download and install wampserver.
My problem is i can't access to myphpadmin.
when i click myphpadmin, below error appear

"MySQL Said:
#2002 - no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
The server not responding (or the local server's socket is not correctly configured)"

my wampserver when online, the icon color is orange, when offline it become red.... does it ok?

I already try uninstall and download again, but not solve.
Try find the same error in this forum, unfortunately i don't understand how to follow the instruction and i totally zero about it.

Please help....

The wampserver icon in the system tray should be GREEN if everything is working properly.

If it is ORANGE then either the apache or mysql service has not started.

It is usually apache that is the problem. And the issue is normally that something else has captured port 80 before you start wampserver.

Please run this:

Start wamp
Left click wampmanager -> Apache -> Service -> Test port 80

That should report what is using port 80.
It is usually ( but not always ) either
1. Skype. Configure it to not use port 80
2. TeamViewer. Configure it to not use port 80
3. Another apache service you installed but sisnt remove properly
4. Microsoft IIS. If you are not using it then uninstall it.
