If your issue is really an allowed memory problem, then edit your php.ini file
using the wampmanager menus
wampmanager -> PHP -> php.ini
Find the parameter memory_limit and increase the allowed usage i.e.
memory_limit = 128M
It might also be this parameter that is causing you issues, you could also try increasing this
upload_max_filesize = 64M
But without a better idea of the error you are getting this is all guess work!
So look in your php error log ( also accessible via the wampmanager menus ) and tell us if that is giving you any errors.
