Wamp not working after reinstalling windows

Hi,
I have windows 7 64bit installed on my C drive and wamp on D drive. Few days ago i had to reinstall windows (7 64bit) and now if i try to launch wampmanager.exe from D drive, it does not work. it says "Aestan Tray Menu has Stopped working".
any help will be highly appreciated, thanks

Look at the first STICK in the message list MSVCR100.DLL Solution
It sounds like you need to reinstall
Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package x64
and possibly
VC++ 2008
You will also have to run these 2 to get the apache and mysql services re-installed after you have the done the above
wampmanager -> apache -> services -> install service
wampmanager -> mysql -> services -> install service
