Blank page on IP address but not localhost.

I seem to be getting a white page when i visit the page from an IP.
Any idea what could be wrong? Its fine on the localhost ip.

If you want to access your wamp server from another machine, the simple answer is to go to the wamp server machine and Put Online,
wamp manager -> Put Online.
When its offline apache will ignore access from any ip other than 127.0.0.1 ( localhost )
When its onlne it will allow any ip to request pages.
PS But the phpMyAdmin and other tools will still not be allowed to be used from any ip other than localhost.
