I use Wamp 2.2 and it works fine. When I try to install vBulletin ver. 3.8.1, I got so many errors in every page like these:

Ok firstly they are not actually errors they are just warnings so it is not as serious as you may think.
The 'Deprecated' means that the code is using some syntax that will be removed in a future release of PHP.
The 'Strict standards' means that the code is doing something that no longer conforms with good coding practice.
So the code probably did what is was supposed to.
It is happening because vBulletin has been around for quite some time now and nobody has updated the code to comply with modern PHP.
The reason you are getting this reported is that WAMP is designed to be a development environment and should therefore be reporting all this stuff.
You can however configure PHP to stop it reporting these types of INFORMATIONAL messages. Edit your php.ini file ( use the links on wamp manager, wamp -> PHP -> php.ini )
Look for this line
error_reporting =
try changing it to error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED
Also as your using code you have no control over you could stop any errors being reported on the web page. To do this change:
display_errors = On to display_errors = Off
There is also another parameter that controls logging these errors to a file. I would suggest you leave this on just in case something you do yourself causes errors you want to see, but you could turn this off as well by changing
log_errors = On to log_errors = Off
Like I say I would leave this On but would then get into the habit of deleting the php_error.log file once a day as with vBulletin it may get large faily quickly.
The file is in c:\wamp\logs\php_error.log
You should also get to this file using the wamp -> PHP -> PHP error log menu.
