NO permission to access /PHPMYADMIN/ on this server

Hi
i have installed wamp on windows vista and changed the port to :8080 in httpd.conf because port 80 was in use. Now i have access to localhost:8080 but can NOT access localhost:8080/phpmyadmin.
The browser shows a white page and this error:
Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.

The wamp icon is green and server is on-line.

Can anyone help me to access phpmyadmin page to create a database and start working?
feeling a bit frustrated :-/

Probably best to free up port 80 and then see if the problem persists.

I can do it for you using Teamviewer if you like

Shall I install Teamviewer quick support? (I had a look on the website but never used the actual software, so give me instructions...)

you just need to freee up port 80

use netstat -aon to find out whats using the port
