phpMyAdmin & MySQL

I'm running Windows 8 Release Preview, which I discovered uses port 80. I think I've worked around that problem but I'm still having problems with the Forbidden error, also I can't reset the MySql password or get myPhpAdmin to work, any help would be appreciated. I've got team viewer installed if that helps.

Windows doesn't use any ports!

I guess I thought System was probably windows. Anyway, I have Teamviewer installed, how do we set a time for you to check my setup? I'm on Mountain Standard time.
