I have tried to upgrade phpMyAdmin from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2.1. It took a while but after some tries it worked.
Then I tried to upgrade to 3.5.2.2 but it didn't work
I got back to 3.5.1 .
To do so I copy the folder into C:\wamp\apps,
then I change C:\wamp\alias\phpmyadmin.conf

But I can't get it up back to work.
My WAMP is GREEN.
[localhost] WORKS PERFECTLY AND SHOWS the configuration I write downwards

mySQL log says
120820 14:04:10 [ERROR] Cannot find or open table drupal/semaphore from
the internal data dictionary of InnoDB though the .frm file for the
table exists. Maybe you have deleted and recreated InnoDB data
files but have forgotten to delete the corresponding .frm files
of InnoDB tables, or you have moved .frm files to another database?
or, the table contains indexes that this version of the engine
doesn't support.
See [dev.mysql.com]
how you can resolve the problem.
