I get the next message, when connecting to [localhost]

MySQL retourneerde:
#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I always removed wampserver and re installalled it, but again the same error.

Problem solved.

I removed all and the I installed the 32 bit version, this was is working.
And set a password for root localhost.

Then I removed all again and installed the 64 bit version. This one is now working too.

Just a question must I set a password for all the 3 root "127.0.0.1" "1" and "localhost" ?

I have set it only now for localhost

Reinstalling is not a solution

dbtipo,

It is best to create a different admin account completely, every hacher in the world knows about root, so its easier to try and guess the password of an account you know exists.

Create a new account, for example "admin" but thats a bit easy to guess as well!

Set it up with all the root privilages, and change the phpMyAdmin references, test it!!!

And then remove all 3 root id's.

Also it is best to create specific userids for each of your databases that only have acess to the one database, and only have simple select/insert/update/delete privilages.
