WampServer

i am just getting back into web coding and other sorts of code and i set up wamp was working fine dns hosted with no-ip with IOC.zapto.org and was working fine till i tried to make wamp/www a root now no other user but me can view the site? i followed 2 different virtual hosts changed my hosts so i can view instead of localhost/folder. now i can view localhost found at wamp/www/localhost and ioc.zapto.org at wamp/www/ioc. but no one else can help?

on wamp computer i get the site how it shows

on my fiancees laptop it connects to the router

and on my phones internet it dont connect

Have you put wamp Online?

Wampmanager -> Put Online

Also if you want to allow access from the internet, you will need to a) port forward your router and change the PC running wamp to be on a static ip address.
