insert command not working

I receive the following error 'you don't have permission to access /< on this server' each time I run a PHP insert command. How do I solve this problem.

I think we need more information.

Check your apache_error.log and your php_error.log. Open these using the links on the wampmanager menus.

what is the PHP insert command?

do you mean the MYSQL INSERT statement?

I have checked my apache_error logs and came up with the following -
(20024) The given path is misformatted or contained invalid characters : Cannot map POST/movieshop/%3C?=$_SERVER[%27PHP_SELF%27]?%3E HTTP/1.1 to file referer: [localhost]

Please how do I resolve this?
