WampServer

I try to download Wampserver (64 bits & PHP 5.3) 2.2E - Apache 2.2.22 – Mysql 5.5.24 –
PHP 5.3.13 XDebug 2.1.2 XDC 1.5 PhpMyadmin 3.4.10.1 SQLBuddy 1.3.3 webGrind 1.0

I get a pop-up saying I need the 2010 redistributable. I have checked my installations and
I have the following.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable - 10.0.40219
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0.40219
PHP 5.3.8
JAVA 1.6.0_31
Apache 2.2

Please, can anyone tell me why I am not being allowed to download this Wampserver
software?
