Import phpBB forum back into reinstalled WAMP

Not sure how to migrate phpBB into reinstalled WAMP.
phpBB build and works nicely as per YouTube tutorials.
However WAMP would not allow external Internet access to website www.sk8parks.org.au so after much research, reinstalled WAMP with the guestimate phpBB files should be able to be migrated into the reinstalled WAMP, however I'm stuck.
I have created a new mySQL forum in WAMP named forum, however the 60 odd tables and forum data isn't in WAMP yet.
I would also need the data from phpBB forum migrated across too.
