WampServer

I've been used WAMP for very long time and it always worked without problem. I resolved several problem and I know for examply, it does not work. when Skype started before WAMP and so on.
But now I heve realy a problem. I've installed Nokia Suite and since that mySql does not work at all. Apache server started without problem. I deinstalled Nokie suite and the problem is still there.
I have WINXPSP3 and WAMP 2.0i
In the mysql.log it looks so:

I reinstalled WAMP and the problem is still there

delete the my.ini file in the windows folder

There are no my.in file in th Windows folder

ok well can i take a look then with teamviewer?

it will need some troubleshooting done

Ok, i find that the service is stoped and the path to executable files of this service is
"c:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\bin\mysqld-opt" --defaults-file="c:\wamp\my.cnf" "wampmysqld"
but no of this files are present on comp.

well uninstall the service and install it again.

left click wamp > mysql > service > uninstall

then install


see if that path changes

I did it, the path is chnged but service is stopped.
Error 1067: Proces stoped unexpected

ok well check the logs again

ok its definitly a my.ini or my.cnf outside of the wamp folder thats causing the issue

On C: i found onaly 1 my.ini in C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36
and no my.cnf

did you copy a my.ini from somewhere else and stick it into wamp?

because Federated is not enabled , so it generally wouldnt try to start

Hi, generally no, but when I reinstall i copy the old one over the new created ani worked until now very well.
May be, I can try to reinstall, and i copy only mysql data and www folder

Well, I reinstalled WAMP than I started and it worked. Then I stoped it and copied WWW and mysql data folder and in not start

Why didn't u explain that at the start?

U can't just copy MySQL data. It's unreliable ads you have just seen
You MUST export the databases and import them again

Different versions of MySQL are setup to run different engines - and that's whats happened here.

By using export:import it gets converted to a standard - SQL FORMAT

Well, it is the same version at time being and it's worked. Now I can not export data froma database becouse it does not work. When i copy the data folder it stoped to work. Data the werb changed, so I can't start the service
