WampServer

Hi I'm new to all this so sorry if its boring, i've just installed wampserver so I can run moodle on my machine, but I keep getting the same error when I try to access Tools phpmyadmin and your aliases phpmyadmin, sqlbuddy and webgrind I get the sam http 404 forbidden error for all of them. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled Wampserver but no change. Im running on window 7 64 bit and I have th 64 bit version. Any help very much appreciated.

Can you check your HOSTS file.

It should contain a line as follows:

127.0.0.1 localhost



Click on the Start button, type "notepad" and press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER. Acknowledge the UAC dialog.

Type CTRL+O. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc.
Select "All Files" in the bottom right corner.

Now you see the hosts file. Select and open it. Make your changes and save it.
