Can´t create phpmyadmins

Hi I´m green here.
I can´t create a phpmyadmins, when I click then cames that i do not have acces. Always came this message:
403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.
What do I wrong?
I have install the lates Wampserve and will have wordpress work to make a website.
Please help.
