Hello, when I try to start all services for WampServer, It just stays orange.
I am using Windows Vista 32-Bit.
WampServer 2.2 32-bit.

Something else you are running is using port 80, almost definitely.
Go to wampmanager -> Apache -> Services -> Test port 80.
That should tell you if and what is using port 80.
If it is SKYPE kill it and see if restarting all services will now make wamp manager green.
if that fixes it, do a search here and find out how to change SKYPE so it does not use port 80.
