Making Directory Writeable

How do I make root directory writeable? I use Apache v 2.2.21 on Windows with WAMP. I need to manually install a Drupal Project. It will only be temporary change.

I need step-by-step.

On windows they all are from wamp.

Didnt you read what he wrote?

THEY ARE WRITABLE ON WINDOWS. you cannot have an unwritable folder on windows
