I have a fresh installation of WAMP, but when I go to localhost I don't see anything nor the index.php nor index.html nor the listing of the root directory.

The wamp is green.
Eventually, I solved the problem.
Skype was using the same port (80) as apache.

I went to skype->tools->options->advanced->connection and unchecked use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections. I restarted skype and wamp and everyting is running smothly now.

Thanks for help

Hehehe,

Most gratious.

You had better invite Steve Martin though he is the real power house round here.
