phpadmin - Cannot start session without errors

please check errors given in your php and/or webserver log file and configure your php installation properly.
I have been using wamp, no problems for several months. have checked php log file and no errors on it.
Any idea how to fix this. Many thanks for your help.

did you install something else? maybe another copy of php?

I've had this issue before.

ie cache error.

Assuming you are using ie, try clearing your cache

(control shift delete)
