When i go to localhost it won't work but when i go to 127.0.0.1 it work

I go on google chrome and type localhost then i press enter it sys:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
but when i go to 127.0.0.1 it work

Check that your HOSTS file has
127.0.0.1 localhost
Hosts file lives in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
You will need to launch your editor "As Administrator" as this file is protected by the OS and you may also need to remove the readonly attribute from this file
> attr -r hosts
