Moving entire wamp install from one machine to another?

Are there any recommendations for moving a WAMP install from one server to another - is there an "easy way" to do it or do you pretty much have to back up each component and restore on the other side or is there a "migrate en masse" method?

I just have about 30 different test web sites up and running on current WAMP infrastructure and most of them have associated databases (Joomla, Wordpress other Db-based applications) so the thought of "reinstall/rebuild" is a bit daunting...

well so far, so good with the KISS method:

1. copied entire WAMP directory to new Windoze machine
2. Executed wampmanager.exe on the new machine
3. Executed "Install Service" for apache and mysql.
4. put server Online

stuff works (so far)
