Moving WampServer from C to D drive?

Can I just simply move the www folder from my C to my D drive or do I need to do something more complex? If so, could use a list of steps.

I'm assuming I'll need to update my test server info in Dreamweaver for each site.

Thanks

Not getting much traction on the topic so I'll start with some basic assumptions and questions.

Given the registry issues, I'm assuming it's going to be a matter of installing WAMP on the "D" and finding a way to migrate data from one to the other. I actually could live with 2 test environments. Just need to get the occupied space on the "C" down.

I can figure out the install. I'll do some web and forum search for export, migration, move, etc.

I'll also post the question in the Adobe DW forum. There it may be a matter of changing the test server info on each of the sites that use a local one.

Thanks
