PHP MyAdmin 403 Forbidden

I'm running 64 bit Windows 7, the WAMP icon is orange and I get "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server." when I try to access "[localhost];

Check this out [forum.wampserver.com]

Oh and stop all apps that could be using port 80 like SKYPE

also check the services. Sometimes services stop wampserver from running.

Hallo everyone,
i' running Vista 32bit and i receive an error mesagge from exlorer ,even Mozilla or explorer
"403 forbidden You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server".

Any ideas how to solve thiw problem/

we have thesame problem!/!tsk please help guys..ive tried many ti mes installing wamp with my joomla..but when i try to open php my admin it says "forbidden.You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server." the color is green..huhu=(

Goto Apache/Alias menu then on each sub-menu click edit file. change 127.0.0.1 to All also change dir permissions in httpd.conf from 127.0.0.1 to All ... that should do it. If you also are having port problems change port 80 in httpd.conf to 8900 or something like that...both places
