Blank Localhost Page

After struggling for a while I finally managed to get WampServer up and running on Port 8080. The icon turns green, but when I go to localhost I get a blank page.

Can someone please point me to what I'm doing wrong here?

Don't use port 8080

If u are u need to use. Localhost:8080

Since I can't get Wampserver to run on port 80, how do I get round this?

If you cannot get wamp running on port 80 something else ( normally but not always SKYPE ) has already grabbed port 80 for itself.

If you dont have a tool to see what ports are in use try this
netstat -an

It wont tell you what is using port 80 but it will show its in use.

the same problem i m facing , i checked me port 80 but its not in use ....i checked every thing but didn't get any success plz tell me accurate solution for this problem
