Installed Wamp - Nothing Happening [SOLVED]

Right or left clicking the icon in the lower bar does nothing.
Using Windows 7
When I hover the mouse pointer over the logo, it says All services running - server offline
Any ideas?
UPDATE....RESTARTED....NOW OK.....
