i installed WampServer2.2a-x32 a few days ago for the first time

and seem to have a problem
if i go to 127.0.0.1 it works also 127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin/ and 127.0.0.1/?phpinfo=1

but if i go too Localhost i get the forbidden error

and when i have a .php file in the C:\wamp\www folder on the computer and then go to 127.0.0.1/firstphp.php

it does not work

i cant even open it by double clicking on them it just asks if i want to look on internet to find a program to open it

i just started with php but well

<?php
echo "good luck smiling smiley";
?>

this should work i would think

so my question is where should i put the .php files so that it shows
